Pricing for High School Senior Portraits

I want to keep all my pricing as easy as possible.  My price includes a setting fee of $50.00 for Personal Portraits.  Then we look at all your prints and you pay for the prints you want.

I sell my prints in units.  Each unit cost $25.00
Each unit is:

1. 1-8 x 10
2. 2-5 x7
3. 3-4 x6
4. 8-Wallets
5. I charge 45.00for an 11 x 14. You will need to call on sizes larger than this.
6. I also have colleagues in an 11 x 14 for 60.00

*I do charge more for pets and extended families.  You will need to call me for those prices. 

I get a lot of calls that ask me, ''What should I wear? How many clothing changes do I get?" I like to limit my personal portrait sessions to 2 hours. Any longer that than and your poses start to look tired. You can change clothing as many times as you want in that time frame. You will need to remember that the more time you take on clothing changes and makeup, the less time you will have with taking portraits. If you think you have an issue with weight, try to stay away form long vertical stripes for the very tall, or stay away from the horizontal stripes to look slimmer. Also dark colors are slimming as well. However, if you have an outfit that you like and feel good in, that is what you should wear. Almost every photographer will tell you to take the lenses out of your glasses. I was one of them for a while., however, no one ever did. I still just had to make corrections in my post production of your portraits and discovered it wasn't that big of a deal so, you can take the lenses out if you want. That isn't a big deal.
